AEPI is a non-profit body and was established in 2017 in Africa; Kampala, Uganda with a Board of Trustees, and in Europe; Amsterdam, the Netherlands in 2018 with a Management Board.
TRUSTEES AEPI AFRICA, REGISTERED IN UGANDA
The Trust is managed by the Trustees and have all such powers and authorities as are normally vested in the board of directors. They shall generally meet once a year.

The Management Board is vested with the conduct and management of the business and the affairs of the Foundation and shall meet at least once every six months.
